San Benedetto - 06031 Bevagna (Perugia) Italy • The Poggio delle Civitelle farmhouse residence stands at 600 metres above sea level overlooking a valley in the countryside just 7 kilometres from Bevagna, surrounded by 400 hectares of olive groves and woodland. The name derives from a nearby monastery known as “delle Civitelle”, which was occupied by Benedictine nuns until 1555 but that is now ruined.
